Your order is tracked to your chosen delivery address, you will receive a predicted day and estimated time of delivery by SMS and/or email and in-flight delivery options are available to you as well as online delivery confirmation.

As well as receiving a tracking number once your order has been picked, DPD will send an Email and SMS on the day of delivery advising you of their expected 1 hour delivery slot.
Wherever possible, DPD will put your order through your letterbox should there be no one at home and you have NOT selected a 'Safe Place' or alternative delivery location through the DPD website or App.
This is a 2 day service to Northern Ireland and the following postcodes:
AB31-56, FK17-21, IM1-4, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-14, PA20-78, PH15-50 and PO30-41.
It is a 2-4 day service to postcodes: HS1-9, KW15-17 and ZE1-3.
Due to limited on-island collection services, we recommend that customers on the Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) choose standard Royal Mail delivery, not express with DPD.
Please also note: DPD are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
