About online supply

Buying contact lenses online

The optical profession has identified the following key demands of online suppliers...all of which daysoft meets.

Key things to look out for...

Does your internet supplier ensure your lenses are genuine, not counterfeit..?
Yes, daysoft.com is unique among internet retailers in having full traceability from raw materials through lens manufacture to the end-user. We only supply lenses made at the Daysoft Limited facility in Scotland. The lenses are CE marked and 93/42/EEC Medical Devices Directive compliant.
Does your online provider supply appropriate information..?
Yes, our website FAQs deal with many aspects of safer contact lens wear. We also remind customers of the importance of regular aftercare. For further questions our Customer Care team is waiting to take your email or call. This is backed up with the Professional Services of our General Optical Council registered optometrist.
Does your retailer offer advice about how to complain about its products or services..?
Yes, our Customer Care Team is there to help. Please see the Contact Us section about how to get in touch . If you do have a problem, we are confident we can fix it...and every order is still backed by our no hassle money-back promise.

*We also ask all wearers to confirm that they have a valid, unexpired contact lens prescription and if they are under 16 years old, to confirm that there is parental consent for the order.  We do not sell zero powered (cosmetic) contact lenses.
