I wouldn't normally take the opportunity to reply to a mail like this but I think your product deserves a reply in this instance. So far I am extremely pleased with the Daysoft contact lenses that I ordered from you. I will say I was a bit apprehensive ordering them at the beginning because of their low cost. I thought that might impact on the quality however I'm happy to say I was very wrong! I have been wearing them daily (now that I can afford to!) and unlike the lenses I was purchasing on the high street my eyes stay feeling fresh and alert even after a long period of time. I used to feel my eyes getting tired after a couple of hours with my old lenses and couldn't wear them at my desk in work without my eyes getting dry. Even if I leave Daysoft lenses in for 12 hours my eyes are not dry. The lenses aren't stuck to my eyes either like the old ones, there's loads of breathable room. I've recommended these to 4 people already and will continue to when people speak about their lenses.

1. The cost - I'm actually really struggling by the high cost of contact lenses.  You have made them affordable again.  I really appreciate that a lot. 
2. My favourite - the packaging. I realise it also a cost saving exercise to reduce packaging, but it's also a sustainability issue.  So much less plastic and less impact on shipping.  I really hope other companies follow suit.  All of those extras are just not needed!!

Hello, I don't often reply to customer feedback emails.However I had such a great experience with the daysoft lenses I thought I should let you know. For 9 years I've used monthly lenses. They were a pain to keep buying saline and cleaner and cases. I'm a professional musician in a rock band, so I need my contacts for stage. Often after wearing them all day and then driving home my old lenses became dry and scratchy. Since switching to day soft I can wear my lenses for longer in complete comfort. Yes the contact lenses arrived safely, actually quicker than I expected.
I only wear lenses for a couple of hours per week for a sporting activity, preferring to wear glasses at other times.
I have only used the lenses a couple of times so far, but my experience thus far is positive. I had no problems with the packaging and the lenses did feel more comfortable than the ones I had been using for the past year, which I was pleasantly surprised about.
I had no issues with them for the duration I wore them and felt I could have worn them longer, which was not always the case with the last ones used.
All in all I would recommend other people to wear your contact lenses, which I feel are a very good value product.
